Frequently asked questions

How do I wash it?

Wash at max 30 °C / 86 °F in a wash bag. Don't iron, bleach or tumble dry.

Is there support without a wire?

Yes. An underband with inner elastics, adjustable straps and a hook-and-eye closure at the back do the holding — no wire anywhere.

Will it itch?

The care label is soft silicone, not a woven tag. The lace and mesh have a slight stretch and breathe.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Within the US, shipping is free over $50 and $9.99 below; to Canada, a flat $15.99.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Wrong item? Email info@lunette.com with a photo and we ship the right one. A cup that clearly doesn't work for you after a fair try — two to three cycles — we refund, or send the other size. Nothing to return.
